CANCELLATIONS
Deposit less $50 is refundable for Non-Holiday bookings if
cancellation notice is received 46 days prior to arrival, $250
cancellation fee if notice is received 8 to 45 days prior to
arrival, no refund if notice is received 7 days or less prior to
arrival, "no shows" or early departures. $250 Deposit is
non-refundable for Holiday Bookings with no refund of total
payment if cancelled on Oct. 31 or later.
